New Patient Information

In order to make sure your visit to the practice goes smoothly, we've put together all the important information about how things work at the clinic.

We are accepting new patients, and getting started is easy!

1. Call (509) 638-0808 to schedule your first visit. Make sure to give us your insurance information so we can verify your coverage for you.  You will need to come 20 minutes early for your first visit and fill out the NEW PATIENT forms at the clinic.
2. FIRST VISIT: At this visit, Jacob will give you a full Oriental medicine diagnostic examination. This will include: traditional OM pulse diagnosis, palpation of acupuncture points, and an extensive interview about what is bothering you. Jacob combines the best of traditional acupuncture and Oriental medicine with the best of modern science to give you an accurate and complete diagnosis. You will begin your treatment that day. Our Prompt-Pay Discount brings the cost of treatment down to $65 per visit.
3. CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE VISITS? Sure! If you are unable to do acupuncture for any reason you can schedule an initial visit and we will do all the same exams and diagnostics and treat your problem with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Your insurance may cover your office visit, but you'll need to pay for your herbal prescriptions. You will need to fill out the same paperwork for this visit.
